Job Summary
Support pharmacy teams by following SOPs to ensure prescriptions are filled promptly, safely, and accurately across production, pick-up, drive-thru, and drop-off workflows. Assist patients with personalized service, offer immunizations and other register services, and escalate problems as needed. Complete basic inventory activities such as putting away deliveries, cycle counts, and returns-to-stocks. Administer vaccines where permitted by law, including patient education, adverse reaction monitoring, and supply management. Maintain flexibility for scheduling, business needs, and voluntary travel to other market stores. Complete required training and satisfy state Board of Pharmacy guidelines before full duties begin. This part-time role requires 29 hours weekly with a pay range of $16.00-$24.00.
Required Qualifications
- Must comply with any state board of pharmacy requirements or laws governing the practice of pharmacy, which includes but not limited to, age, education, and licensure/certification
- If the state board of pharmacy does not address or mandate a minimum age requirement, must be at least 16 years of age
- If the state board of pharmacy does not address or mandate a minimum educational requirement, must have a high school diploma or equivalent, or be actively enrolled in high school or high school equivalency program
Desired Qualifications
- 1-3 years previous experience as a Pharmacy Technician
- Previous experience in a pharmacy, retail, medical, or customer service setting
- Ability to work in the home store, and across the market in other locations, to meet business needs
