Job Summary
Manage assigned pharmacy workstations and tasks to support the team's ability to promptly, safely, and accurately fill patient prescriptions while providing caring service that exceeds customer expectations. Ensure all medication needs and regulatory compliance standards are met for patients, maintaining ethical conduct and patient confidentiality in accordance with Federal, State, and Local laws. Complete the extensive CVS Pharmacy Technician Training Program and satisfy all registration, licensing, and certification requirements according to your State's Board of Pharmacy guidelines. Work in a fast-paced environment to help people on their path to better health, with duties restricted by a manager until initial training and certification requirements are satisfied.

- Physical demands: Bending body downward and forward by bending spine at the waist
- Physical demands: Stooping to a considerable degree
- Physical demands: Expressing or exchanging ideas by means of spoken word
- Physical demands: Perceiving the nature of sounds at normal speaking levels
- Physical demands: Visual acuity for transcribing, viewing a computer terminal, reading, and visual inspection
- Occasional lifting of up to 30 lbs
- Exerting up to 30 lbs of force occasionally
- Exerting up to 10 lbs of force frequently
- Fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (including any booster shots if required), where allowable under the law
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience in a pharmacy, retail, medical, or customer service setting
- Previous experience as a Pharmacy Technician
- PTCB National Certification
- High School diploma or equivalent
