Job Summary
Support the pharmacy team by following SOPs to ensure safe and accurate prescription fulfillment across production, pick-up, drive-thru, and drop-off workflows. Assist patients with immunizations, point-of-care testing, and other services while maintaining empathy and genuine care during interactions. Perform basic inventory activities such as putting away deliveries, completing cycle counts, and managing waiting bin inventories. Complete required training and satisfy state Board of Pharmacy guidelines for licensure and certification. Remain flexible for scheduling needs, including nights and weekends, and be available to travel to other stores in the market as directed.
Required Qualifications
- Must comply with any state board of pharmacy requirements or laws governing the practice of pharmacy, which includes but not limited to, age, education, and licensure/certification
- If the state board of pharmacy does not address or mandate a minimum age requirement, must be at least 16 years of age
- If the state board of pharmacy does not address or mandate a minimum educational requirement, must have a high school diploma or equivalent, or be actively enrolled in high school or high school equivalency program
Desired Qualifications
- 1-3 years previous experience as a Pharmacy Technician
- Previous experience in a pharmacy, retail, medical, or customer service setting
