Job Summary
Pharmacy Technician at CVS Health in a retail setting, supporting pharmacists with prescription fulfillment, patient experiences, immunizations where allowed, inventory tasks, and adherence to SOPs. Responsibilities include following pharmacy workflow procedures, assisting customers at pick-up/drive-thru, performing cycle counts and returns-to-stocks, ensuring accuracy and safety in dispensing, and contributing to a patient-centered, compliant team environment. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent, or actively enrolled in high school or high school equivalency program
- State-level licensure and national certification requirements vary by state
- Must comply with state board of pharmacy requirements or laws governing the practice of pharmacy
- Age requirement of at least 16 if not addressed by state board
- Ability to complete required training within designated timeframe
- Demonstrated customer service and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in a retail/pharmacy environment including nights and weekends
