Job Summary
Pharmacy Technician supporting CVS Pharmacy teams in retail locations with pharmacy workflow, medication dispensing, patient interactions, and immunization support. Responsibilities include following SOPs, assisting with prescription fulfillment, inventory tasks, cycle counts, returns-to-stocks, and providing empathetic, compliant service to patients. Requires completing company training and meeting state Board of Pharmacy licensure/certification requirements; travel to stores in the market as needed. Part-time role with typical hours and a pay range of $16.00–$24.00 per hour, benefits eligibility, and a focus on safety, quality, and patient privacy. Preferred candidates have 1–3 years of experience as a Pharmacy Technician and the ability to work across the market to meet business needs.
Required Qualifications
- Must comply with state board of pharmacy requirements or laws governing the practice of pharmacy
- If the state board does not address a minimum age requirement, must be at least 16 years of age
- If the state board does not address or mandate a minimum educational requirement, must have a high school diploma or equivalent or be actively enrolled in high school or equivalency program
