Job Summary
Pharmacy Technician position in CVS Health Retail locations focused on supporting pharmacy teams to ensure safe, accurate prescription fulfillment and high-quality patient service. Responsibilities include following SOPs, assisting with production, pick-up, drive-thru, and drop-off workflows; delivering empathetic patient experiences; handling inventory and cycle counts; ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local laws; and supporting immunizations and other pharmacist-led services where permitted. The role emphasizes safety, accuracy, patient privacy, effective communication, math skills for dispensing, and collaboration within a high-performing team.
