Job Summary
Pharmacy Technician in CVS Health retail locations supporting pharmacy teams to ensure safe, accurate prescription fulfillment and customer service. Responsibilities include following SOPs, assisting with production, pickup, drive-thru and drop-off, providing empathetic patient interactions, immunizations and other services where allowed, maintaining inventory, ensuring compliance with federal/state/local laws, and contributing to a high-performing team. Requires completing required training and licensure/certification per state guidelines; willingness to travel to stores across the market to meet business needs. Preferred experience includes 1-3 years as a Pharmacy Technician and ability to work across locations.
Required Qualifications
- Must comply with state board of pharmacy requirements or laws governing practice, including age, education, licensure/certification as applicable by state
- High school diploma or equivalent (or actively enrolled in HS/HS equivalency) per state requirements
