Job Summary
Pharmacy Technician providing frontline support in a CVS Health retail pharmacy: assist pharmacy team with prescription fulfillment, adhere to SOPs, engage with patients to deliver compassionate customer service, help with immunizations and vaccine support where permitted, manage basic inventory, perform labeling and math-related tasks, and cooperate with pharmacists to ensure safe, accurate, and timely dispensing. Responsibilities include following procedures for drive-thru and in-store workflows, maintaining patient privacy and safety, completing required training and licensure/certification per state guidelines, and traveling between stores as needed to meet market needs. Strong communication, numerical reasoning, accuracy, and a growth mindset are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Must comply with state board of pharmacy requirements or laws governing practice
