Job Summary
Pharmacy Technician role in a CVS Health retail setting focusing on prescription fulfillment, patient service, and support of immunization services. Responsibilities include following SOPs to assist pharmacists, handling production, drive-thru, and in-store pick-up duties, contributing to inventory management, cycle counts, and compliance with licensing/certification requirements. The role emphasizes compassionate patient care, accurate labeling and dosage calculations, adherence to safety and privacy standards, and flexible scheduling across stores in the market. Preferred experience includes 1-3 years in a pharmacy, retail, medical, or customer-service environment. Part-time hours (~29 per week) with benefits eligibility. Vaccination-immunization responsibilities may be included where permissible by state rules.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- State licensure and national certification requirements vary by state

- Regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends
- Active communication and customer service skills
