Job Summary
Pharmacy Technicians support pharmacists by filling prescriptions and ensuring regulatory compliance, complete CVS Pharmacy Technician Training Program, meet state licensure and certification requirements, and provide compassionate service in a fast-paced retail pharmacy. Responsibilities include ensuring accurate medication preparation, patient confidentiality, patient education, and assisting with pharmacy-related tasks as the role expands with requirements. The position may require vaccination per local policies and offers a pathway to build clinical and insurance knowledge through training and tools.
Required Qualifications
