Job Summary
Pharmacy Technician in CVS Health retail locations supporting pharmacy teams with prescription fulfillment, SOP adherence, and patient service across store operations. Responsibilities include assisting pharmacists at pick-up, drive-thru, and phone interactions; contributing to safe and accurate dispensing; participating in immunization and vaccine support where permitted; managing basic inventory, returns-to-stocks, and cycle counts; and delivering compassionate, compliant patient care while complying with state regulations and training requirements. Requires completion of required licensure/certification and ongoing professional development; ability to travel to stores in the market as needed; part-time schedule (20 hours/week) in selected location.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- State board of Pharmacy licensure/certification requirements vary by state
- Pharmacy Technician license/certification as applicable by state law
- Completion of employer training program and adherence to SOPs
