Required Qualifications
- Must comply with state board of pharmacy requirements or laws governing the practice of pharmacy (including age, education, licensure/certification)
- If state board does not address minimum age, must be at least 16 years old
- If state board does not address minimum educational requirement, must have a high school diploma or equivalent, or be actively enrolled in high school or a high school equivalency program

- Customer Service Orientation: ability to help people in a friendly manner
- Communication Skills: verbal and written communication; active listening
- Mathematical Reasoning: ability to use math to solve problems (e.g., day’s supply of a prescription)
