Job Summary
Support pharmacy operations by following SOPs to ensure prescriptions are filled promptly, safely, and accurately across production, pick-up, drive-thru, and drop-off workflows. Assist patients with immunizations, point-of-care testing, and other services while maintaining compassionate care and resolving escalated issues. Perform basic inventory activities including medication deliveries, cycle counts, and returns-to-stocks as permitted by law. Complete required training and licensing per state Board of Pharmacy guidelines, adhering to strict attendance and scheduling flexibility for nights, weekends, and market travel.
Required Qualifications
- Must comply with any state board of pharmacy requirements or laws governing the practice of pharmacy, which includes but not limited to, age, education, and licensure/certification
- If the state board of pharmacy does not address or mandate a minimum age requirement, must be at least 16 years of age
- If the state board of pharmacy does not address or mandate a minimum educational requirement, must have a high school diploma or equivalent, or be actively enrolled in high school or high school equivalency program
Desired Qualifications
- 1-3 years previous experience as a Pharmacy Technician
- Previous experience in a pharmacy, retail, medical, or customer service setting
