Job Summary
Support pharmacy teams by following SOPs to ensure prescriptions are filled promptly, safely, and accurately across production, pick-up, drive-thru, and drop-off workflows. Assist patients with personalized care during interactions at the register, drive-thru, and over the phone, while offering immunizations and other services where permitted. Complete basic inventory activities such as putting away deliveries, cycle counts, and returns-to-stocks as directed. Maintain compliance with state board regulations and federal laws regarding controlled substances and patient privacy. This part-time role requires flexible scheduling including nights and weekends, with an anticipated weekly commitment of 20 hours. Pay ranges from $16.50 to $25.00 per hour. Candidates must meet state licensure requirements and complete rigorous company training.
Required Qualifications
- Must comply with any state board of pharmacy requirements or laws governing the practice of pharmacy, which includes but not limited to, age, education, and licensure/certification
- If the state board of pharmacy does not address or mandate a minimum age requirement, must be at least 16 years of age
- If the state board of pharmacy does not address or mandate a minimum educational requirement, must have a high school diploma or equivalent, or be actively enrolled in high school or high school equivalency program
Desired Qualifications
- 1-3 years previous experience as a Pharmacy Technician
- Previous experience in a pharmacy, retail, medical, or customer service setting
