Job Summary
Pharmacy Technician at CVS Health supporting in-store pharmacy teams to ensure safe and accurate prescription fulfillment, patient care, and adherence to SOPs. Responsibilities include assisting with pharmacy workflow at various workstations (production, pick-up, drive-thru, drop-off), contributing to inventory management, providing empathetic customer service, and enabling immunization-related services as trained. Requires high school diploma or equivalent (or active enrollment), state licensure/certification per state guidelines, and completion of required training; positions include flexible part-time shifts with potential travel across the market to other CVS locations. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent, or actively enrolled in high school or high school equivalency program
- State-level licensure and national certification requirements vary by state
- State board of pharmacy requirements or laws governing the practice of pharmacy (age 16+ if not specified by state)
- Pharmacy Technician registration/licensure per State Board of Pharmacy guidelines
- Ability to complete required training within designated timeframe
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in a retail pharmacy environment including drive-thru and patient-facing roles
- Willingness to travel to stores in the market to support business needs (Anticipated Weekly Hours: 25)
