Job Summary
Pharmacy Technician to support CVS Health pharmacy teams in-store, ensuring safe and accurate prescription fulfillment, following SOPs, and delivering compassionate service. Responsibilities include assisting with production, pick-up, drive-thru, and drop-off workflows; providing patient care through immunizations and other services (where permitted); conducting basic inventory tasks (cycle counts, returns-to-stocks, waiting bin inventories); maintaining compliance with federal, state, and local laws and CVS policies to protect patient safety and privacy; and demonstrating effective communication, problem resolution, and teamwork. The role may involve travel to stores in the market to meet business needs. Required qualifications emphasize state board licensure/certification considerations and a high school diploma or equivalent; preferred qualifications note 1-3 years of pharmacy technician experience and ability to work across the market. Pay range is $17.00-$27.00 hourly with full benefits for a full-time position.
