Pharmacy Technician

Support pharmacy teams by following SOPs to ensure prescriptions are filled promptly, safely, and accurately across production, pick-up, drive-thru, and drop-off workflows. Deliver exceptional patient experiences through empathy, personalized care, and compassionate problem-solving at the register, drive-thru, and over the phone. Perform basic inventory activities including medication deliveries, cycle counts, and returns-to-stocks as permitted by law and directed by leadership. Provide additional patient health services such as immunizations, point-of-care testing, and offsite clinic staffing where training and certification allow. Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local laws regarding controlled substances, recordkeeping, and patient privacy. Complete rigorous company training and satisfy all registration, licensing, and certification requirements per state Board of Pharmacy guidelines.
