Job Summary
Pharmacy Technician at CVS Health in Fort Pierce, FL (part-time). Supports the pharmacy team in delivering safe and accurate prescription fulfillment, patient care, and service excellence across pharmacy workflows (production, pick-up, drive-thru, and drop-off). Performs inventory activities, assists with immunizations and patient education within regulatory guidelines, adheres to SOPs, and contributes to a high-performing, inclusive team culture. Requires completion of training and state-board licensure/certification where applicable, with emphasis on accuracy, patient safety, and compassionate care across customer interactions.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent, or actively enrolled in high school or high school equivalency program
- State-level licensure and national certification requirements vary by state
- Must be at least 16 years of age unless state board requires otherwise
- Complete required training within designated timeframe
- Ability to confirm prescription information and label accuracy, ensuring patient safety
Desired Qualifications
- 1-3 years previous experience as a Pharmacy Technician
- Previous experience in a pharmacy, retail, medical, or customer service setting
- Ability to work in the home store, and across the market in other locations, to meet business needs
