Job Summary
Pharmacy Technician in CVS Health Retail locations supporting the pharmacy team to ensure safe and accurate prescription fulfillment, patient and customer service excellence, and compliance with SOPs. Responsibilities include assisting with immunizations and vaccine-related tasks where permissible, handling inventory and cycle counts, accurately labeling and dispensing prescriptions, delivering compassionate customer care at pick-up, drive-thru, and over the phone, and traveling to stores in the market as needed to meet business needs. Requires adherence to federal, state, and local regulations, ongoing training, and completion of required licensure/certification per State Board guidelines. The role emphasizes teamwork, growth mindset, and a commitment to patient safety and privacy. Typical hours are 40 per week with flexible shifts and every-other-weekend commitment.
Required Qualifications
- Must comply with any state board of pharmacy requirements or laws governing the practice of pharmacy, which includes but is not limited to, age, education, and licensure/certification

- If the state board of pharmacy does not address or mandate a minimum educational requirement, must have a high school diploma or equivalent, or be actively enrolled in high school or high school equivalency program
