Job Summary
Pharmacy Technician at CVS Health supporting pharmacy teams across a retail store. Responsibilities include following SOPs for production, pick-up, drive-thru, and drop-off; ensuring safe and accurate prescription fulfillment; delivering empathetic customer service at pick-up, drive-thru, and over the phone; assisting with immunizations and vaccine-related tasks where allowed; contributing to inventory activities and cycle counts; staying compliant with federal/state/local laws and CVS policies; and remaining flexible to business needs. The role may involve voluntary travel to stores across the market to meet staffing needs.
Required Qualifications
- Must comply with any state board of pharmacy requirements or laws governing the practice of pharmacy, including age/education/licensure/certification
- If the state board of pharmacy does not address or mandate a minimum age requirement, must be at least 16 years of age
- If the state board of pharmacy does not address or mandate a minimum educational requirement, must have a high school diploma or equivalent, or be actively enrolled in high school or high school equivalency program
