Job Summary
Pharmacy Technician needed to support CVS Health in a retail pharmacy setting. Responsibilities include following SOPs to assist pharmacists with production, pick-up, drive-thru and drop-off workflows; ensuring safe and accurate prescription fulfillment; providing empathetic patient service across in-store interactions and over the phone; assisting with immunizations and other vaccine-related services where permitted; managing basic inventory and assisting with cycle counts and returns-to-stocks; maintaining compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, protecting patient privacy, and supporting a safe, inclusive team culture. Requires completing a rigorous training program and satisfying registration, licensing, and certification requirements per state Board of Pharmacy; willingness to travel to stores within the market as needed; strong math, communication, and customer-service skills; ability to work nights/weekends and maintain attention to detail across multiple tasks.
Required Qualifications
