Job Summary
Manage pharmacy operations by following SOPs to ensure prescriptions are filled promptly, safely, and accurately across production, pick-up, drive-thru, and drop-off workflows. Assist patients with immunizations, point-of-care testing, and other services while maintaining empathy and genuine care during all interactions. Complete basic inventory activities such as putting away deliveries and performing cycle counts as directed by leadership. This part-time role requires 20 weekly hours with pay ranging from $17.92 to $27.92. Candidates must meet state board of pharmacy requirements, including licensure and certification, and complete a rigorous company training program. Applicants should be flexible for scheduling, willing to travel to other stores in the market, and able to work nights and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- Must comply with any state board of pharmacy requirements or laws governing the practice of pharmacy, which includes but not limited to, age, education, and licensure/certification
- If the state board of pharmacy does not address or mandate a minimum age requirement, must be at least 16 years of age
- If the state board of pharmacy does not address or mandate a minimum educational requirement, must have a high school diploma or equivalent, or be actively enrolled in high school or high school equivalency program
Desired Qualifications
- 1-3 years previous experience as a Pharmacy Technician
- Previous experience in a pharmacy, retail, medical, or customer service setting
- Ability to work in the home store, and across the market in other locations, to meet business needs
