Job Summary
Pharmacy Technician supporting CVS Health retail pharmacy teams to ensure safe and accurate prescription fulfillment and provide compassionate customer care. Responsibilities include following SOPs, assisting with production, pick-up, drive-thru, and drop-off workflows, offering immunizations and vaccine-related services where permitted, managing basic inventory and returns-to-stocks, and collaborating with pharmacists to ensure patient safety and service excellence. Requires completing a rigorous company training program and satisfying registration, licensing, and certification requirements per the applicable State Board of Pharmacy; may travel to stores in the market to support scheduling needs. Preferred qualifications include 1–3 years of experience in a pharmacy, retail, medical, or customer service setting and ability to work across the market."
