Job Summary
Pharmacy Technician position at CVS Health within retail locations. You will support pharmacy teams to ensure safe and accurate prescription fulfillment, assist with immunizations and patient services, and contribute to a high-performing, compassionate customer experience. Responsibilities include following SOPs, assisting with workflow at various pharmacy workstations (production, pickup, drive-thru, drop-off), performing basic inventory tasks, providing empathetic patient service, and complying with federal, state, and local regulations. Requires completing required training and licensure/certification per State Board of Pharmacy guidelines, with duties potentially restricted until requirements are met. Flexible scheduling including nights and weekends; occasional travel to stores in the market may be required to meet business needs. Preferred qualifications include 1-3 years of Pharmacy Technician experience and ability to work across multiple locations to support the market.
Required Qualifications
- Must comply with state board of pharmacy requirements, including licensure/certification as applicable by state
- If the state board has no minimum age requirement, candidate must be at least 16 years old
- High school diploma or equivalent (or actively enrolled in high school or equivalency program) as a baseline education requirement
