Job Summary
Manage pharmacy operations by following SOPs to ensure prescriptions are filled promptly, safely, and accurately across production, pick-up, drive-thru, and drop-off workflows. Assist patients with personalized service, immunizations, and other health care services at the register and over the phone while maintaining strict compliance with federal, state, and local laws. Complete basic inventory activities such as putting away deliveries and cycle counts, and support the team by traveling to other stores as needed. This part-time role requires 29 weekly hours and offers a base hourly range of $16.00 - $24.00. Candidates must meet state board of pharmacy requirements and complete rigorous company training.
Required Qualifications
- Must comply with any state board of pharmacy requirements or laws governing the practice of pharmacy, which includes but not limited to, age, education, and licensure/certification
- If the state board of pharmacy does not address or mandate a minimum age requirement, must be at least 16 years of age
- If the state board of pharmacy does not address or mandate a minimum educational requirement, must have a high school diploma or equivalent, or be actively enrolled in high school or high school equivalency program
Desired Qualifications
- 1-3 years previous experience as a Pharmacy Technician
- Previous experience in a pharmacy, retail, medical, or customer service setting
- Ability to work in the home store, and across the market in other locations, to meet business needs
