Job Summary
Pharmacy Technician in a CVS Health Retail setting, supporting pharmacy teams to ensure safe and accurate prescription fulfillment across workflow areas (production, pick-up, drive-thru, drop-off). Responsibilities include following SOPs, assisting patients with empathetic service, contributing to inventory control, and supporting additional immunization and vaccine services where permitted. Requires completing required training and satisfying state regulatory/licensing requirements; regular attendance, strong communication, math, and customer-service skills, and flexibility to work nights/weekends. Part-time role with benefits, traveling across the market as needed to meet business needs. Preferred qualifications include 1-3 years of pharmacy-tech experience and ability to work across multiple store locations.
Required Qualifications
- Must comply with state board of pharmacy requirements or laws governing the practice of pharmacy, including age, education, licensure/certification where applicable.
- If the state board of pharmacy does not address or mandate a minimum age requirement, must be at least 16 years of age.
- If the state board of pharmacy does not address or mandate a minimum educational requirement, must have a high school diploma or equivalent, or be actively enrolled in high school/high school equivalency program.
