Job Summary
Pharmacy Technician supporting CVS Health in a part-time role across market stores. Core duties include following SOPs for safe and accurate prescription fulfillment, assisting patients with empathy at pick-up, drive-thru, and over the phone, performing basic inventory tasks, and supporting additional health services such as immunizations where permitted. Requires completing a rigorous training program and meeting state-specific licensure/certification requirements; duties may be restricted until requirements are satisfied. Travel to stores in the market is expected as needed by the business. Essential functions emphasize adherence to procedures, patient service, communication, numerical accuracy, and teamwork in a fast-paced retail pharmacy environment.
Required Qualifications
- Must comply with any state board of pharmacy requirements or laws governing the practice of pharmacy, which includes but is not limited to age, education, and licensure/certification
- If the state board of pharmacy does not address or mandate a minimum age requirement, must have a high school diploma or equivalent, or be actively enrolled in high school or high school equivalency program
