Job Summary
Provide patient-centered pharmacy services in CVS Retail settings, focusing on accurate prescription fulfillment, immunizations and vaccine support, inventory management, and adherence to SOPs. Deliver compassionate, service-oriented care to patients across pickup, drive-thru, and phone interactions while maintaining safety and regulatory compliance. Responsibilities include processing prescriptions, delivering immunizations where permitted, assisting with vaccine supply management, cycle counts and returns-to-stocks, and contributing to a high-performing team. Requires strong math/quantitative skills, effective communication, empathy, flexibility for scheduling, and willingness to travel to stores within the market to meet business needs.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- State board licensure and/or national certification as required by state law
- Ability to complete required training and achieve Technician Immunizer status where applicable
- Ability to meet state-specific age/education/licensure requirements for pharmacy practice
