Job Summary
Support pharmacy teams by following SOPs to ensure safe, accurate prescription fulfillment across production, pick-up, drive-thru, and drop-off workflows. Deliver exceptional patient experiences through empathy at the register, drive-thru, and over the phone, while offering immunizations and other services. Complete basic inventory activities like putting away deliveries and cycle counts, and comply with all federal, state, and local laws regarding controlled substances and patient privacy. Work flexible shifts including nights and weekends, with the ability to travel to other market locations as needed. Complete rigorous company training and satisfy all state Board of Pharmacy licensing and certification requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Must comply with any state board of pharmacy requirements or laws governing the practice of pharmacy, which includes but not limited to, age, education, and licensure/certification
- If the state board of pharmacy does not address or mandate a minimum age requirement, must be at least 16 years of age
- If the state board of pharmacy does not address or mandate a minimum educational requirement, must have a high school diploma or equivalent, or be actively enrolled in high school or high school equivalency program
Desired Qualifications
- 1-3 years previous experience as a Pharmacy Technician
- Previous experience in a pharmacy, retail, medical, or customer service setting
