Job Summary
Pharmacy Technician at CVS Health in a retail store, supporting the pharmacy team to ensure safe and accurate prescription fulfillment, customer service excellence, and compliance with SOPs. Responsibilities include assisting with immunizations where permitted, inventory activities, cycle counts, returns-to-stocks, and providing empathetic, compliant service to patients across pick-up, drive-thru, and phone interactions. Requires completion of company training and meeting state licensing/certification requirements; willingness to travel to stores in the market as needed. 40-hour work week with potential evenings/weekends and a comprehensive benefits package.
Required Qualifications
- Must comply with any state board of pharmacy requirements or laws governing the practice of pharmacy, which includes but is not limited to, age, education, and licensure/certification
- If the state board of pharmacy does not address or mandate a minimum age requirement, must be at least 16 years of age
- If the state board of pharmacy does not address or mandate a minimum educational requirement, must have a high school diploma or equivalent, or be actively enrolled in high school or high school equivalency program
