Job Summary
Pharmacy Technician in CVS Health retail locations supporting pharmacy teams with safe, accurate prescription fulfillment, patient care, and service excellence. Responsibilities include following SOPs across pharmacy workflows (production, pickup, drive-thru, and mail/phone interactions), assisting with immunizations and other services where permitted, managing basic inventory and cycle counts, ensuring patient safety and privacy, and providing empathetic customer service. The role may involve traveling to stores within the market as needed. Requires meeting state board requirements for licensure/certification and completing the company training program; high school diploma or equivalent is required. Part-time position with typical hours around 20 per week.
