Job Summary
Pharmacy Technician position in CVS Health retail locations focused on supporting pharmacy teams to deliver safe, accurate prescription fulfillment, immunizations where permitted, inventory and patient service duties, with emphasis on SOP compliance, teamwork, and customer care. Requires high school diploma or equivalent (or active enrollment), state licensure/certification as applicable, and flexibility to travel within the market stores as needed. Part-time role with anticipated 20 hours per week; benefits described and immunization training/requirements to obtain Technician Immunizer status where permissible.
Required Qualifications
- Must comply with any state board of pharmacy requirements or laws governing the practice of pharmacy, which includes but is not limited to, age, education, and licensure/certification
- If the state board of pharmacy does not address or mandate a minimum age requirement, must be at least 16 years of age
- If the state board of pharmacy does not address or mandate a minimum educational requirement, must have a high school diploma or equivalent, or be actively enrolled in high school or high school equivalency program
- State-level licensure and national certification requirements vary by state
- Anticipated Weekly Hours 20
- Part-time eligibility and 20 hours weekly
