Job Summary
Pharmacy Technician at CVS Health supporting in-store pharmacy operations within a retail location. Responsibilities include assisting the pharmacy team with prescription fulfillment, patient service at pick-up, drive-thru, and via phone; delivering immunizations and other services where permitted; following SOPs to ensure safe and accurate dispensing; managing basic inventory and cycle counts; maintaining patient privacy and safety; complying with federal, state, and local regulations; and contributing to a high-performing, inclusive team. The role may involve traveling to stores in the market as needed to meet business needs; requires completion of required training and licensing/certification per state requirements; part-time schedule with anticipated 20 hours per week; and a focus on empathetic patient care and accurate service.
Required Qualifications
- Must comply with any state board of pharmacy requirements or laws governing the practice of pharmacy, which includes but is not limited to, age, education, and licensure/certification
- If the state board of pharmacy does not address or mandate a minimum age requirement, must be at least 16 years of age
- If the state board of pharmacy does not address or mandate a minimum educational requirement, must have a high school diploma or equivalent, or be actively enrolled in high school or high school equivalency program

Desired Qualifications
- 1-3 years previous experience as a Pharmacy Technician
- Previous experience in a pharmacy, retail, medical, or customer service setting
- Ability to work in the home store, and across the market in other locations, to meet business needs
- Anticipated Weekly Hours 20
