Job Summary
Pharmacy Technician - Customer Service position in Phoenix, AZ. Provide customer-focused support for facilities, handle telephone orders for refills and new prescriptions, triage to Order Entry, process credit card payments, and coordinate with Medical Records and Doctor offices. Key duties include answering facility calls, creating telephone orders, refilling orders in the pharmacy computer system, following up with customers, updating resident information with Medical Records, and ensuring accurate, timely processing within Docutrack and related queues. Requires a Pharmacy Technician license/certification (state requirements) with national certification preferred (PTCB), and 2+ years of related experience in a fast-paced, team-oriented pharmacy environment. Education: High School Diploma or GED required. Schedule includes Tue-Sat with paid training; location is Saliba’s Pharmacy in Phoenix, Arizona. Required Qualifications
