Job Summary
Fill physician orders for patient medications and service the needs of the Pharmacy clientele under a Registered Pharmacist's supervision. Perform all typical duties of a retail, mail order, and specialty pharmacy staff technician as defined by the Montana Board of Pharmacy and local procedures. Maintain advanced knowledge and skills in one or more specialty areas, including immunization administration or medication therapy management. Work per-diem day shifts on-site at St. Patrick Hospital in Missoula, MT.
Required Qualifications
- Montana Pharmacy Technician License
- Montana Pharmacy Technician Temporary Practice Permit
- Montana Pharmacy Technician Provisional License
- 1 year Experience (2080 hours) of pharmacy practice
- 1 year Customer Service
- Competent in all responsibilities of an Associate Pharmacy Technician
