Job Summary
Pharmacy Technician at Conversio Health in San Luis Obispo to compound and prepare sterile products, maintain the clean room to USP 797/800 requirements, perform area clearance, verify batch supplies, and document IV admixture and clean room sterility testing under the supervision of a Pharmacist. Responsibilities include assembling, inspecting, and verifying compounding components, calibrating equipment, following safety guidelines for IV solutions, completing order entry and refills, and assisting with inventory and documentation. Requires a High School diploma or equivalent and a CA Pharmacy Technician license; national certification (PTCB) is preferred but not required. Flexible schedules are offered with no nights or weekends, and relocation to San Luis Obispo is acceptable. Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Must hold valid and current CA Pharmacy Technician license
- National certification (PTCB) preferred, but not required
- Ability to stand for long periods of time while working under a vertical or horizontal hood
- Must be capable of wearing all protective wear as required by facility SOPs
- Must be able to lift up to 35lbs
- Reliably commute or planning to relocate to San Luis Obispo before starting work (Required)
