Job Summary
Fill prescriptions and orders according to SOPs and work instructions, verifying order details before final pharmacist review. Label, assemble, package, and ship products to customers while coordinating with the Customer Experience Center team to manage turnaround times. Manage inventory control and material handling tasks, ensuring accurate shipments and maintaining a clean pharmacy workspace. Adhere to all state and federal regulations, company privacy policies, and Standard Operating Procedures. This role requires a high school graduate with required PTCB certification, strong communication skills, and the ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods. Required Qualifications
- High school graduate or equivalent
- PTCB
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- Ability to identify problems and work to resolve issues
- Must be able to read, understand SOPs and all guidelines as they relate to the process
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and ability to utilize various software programs
- Must be able to use necessary equipment such as computers, scanners, or other technological devices assigned
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Ability to lift (up to 25 pounds) and repetitious physical activity
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Exposure to hazardous chemicals including cleaning agents and disinfectants
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment is a plus
- Experience working in a customer service environment is a plus
