Job Summary
Unload, inspect, and verify incoming shipments of medications, supplies, and packaging materials. Assist in preparing prescription orders by managing workflow, dispensing, and shipping, while maintaining inventory through storage, ordering, rotation, and beyond-use dating. Provide patient care support and triage to pharmacists as required. Prepare and stage outgoing orders for delivery or shipment, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Maintain cleanliness and organization of storage and work areas. Perform all tasks safely and compliantly with corporate policies and state/federal laws. Collaborate with management and pharmacists, completing special assignments as assigned. Work onsite in Chesterfield, MO, in rotating shifts from 7am-7pm.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
- Strong command of the English language
- Strong attention to detail with proven ability to maintain accuracy in a high-volume, fast-paced setting
- Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team
- Proven ability to learn complex new software and technologies
- Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive movements for extended periods, including standing and walking for up to 10 hours per shift
- Ability to lift, carry, and move inventory materials (up to 50 lbs) and operate basic warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, barcode scanners)

- Full time, 40 hrs/week, (5) 8 hrs shifts
- Work hours 7am-7pm, rotating shifts + every 3rd Saturday rotation
- Scheduling flexibility, as your schedule may change over time according to business needs
- Onsite, 400 S Woods Mill Rd, Chesterfield, MO
Desired Qualifications
- Active Pharmacy Technician license in the state of Missouri (in good standing and unrestricted), or eligibility to obtain it
- Prior experience as a pharmacy technician, fulfillment center or warehouse
