Job Summary
Dispense prescriptions, manage drug inventory, and remove outdated medications while maintaining patient records and ensuring HIPAA and OSHA compliance. Assist pharmacists with ordering biologicals, organize pharmacy schedules, and oversee the RX Assist Program by screening eligibility and managing sample medication distribution. Train newer technicians, ensure timely completion of pharmacy audits, and deliver care aligned with Catholic Moral and Ethical Directives. Maintain confidentiality, follow established clinic policies, and operate pharmacy management software. Requires three years of experience in a Class A setting, bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, and a current Certified Pharmacy Technician license.
Required Qualifications
- High school Diploma or equivalent
- current Certified Pharmacy Technician or Trainee license
- Three years experience as a pharmacy technician in a Class A setting
