Job Summary
Answer inbound calls from members regarding prescription cost-saving opportunities and educate them on realizing savings using Rx Savings Solutions tools. Assist with pharmacy claims questions, prescription transfers, and general navigation while conducting outbound calls to members requesting online portal support. Coordinate internally to resolve member issues accurately and efficiently by performing basic research on pharmacy pricing and medication options. Clearly explain the benefits and value of our services to deliver exceptional customer service in every interaction. This full-time role in Overland Park, Kansas, includes a hybrid work option post-training and supports our mission to improve medication access and affordability.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of related experience
- Experience in retail pharmacy, healthcare customer service, and/or healthcare call center environments
- Ability to communicate professionally and empathetically with members and colleagues
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task, problem-solve, and manage deadlines
- Proven ability to handle confidential information in a regulated environment
- Comfort navigating computer systems and multiple applications
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Excel (or willingness to learn)
- PTCB Certified Pharmacy Technician or ability to obtain certification within 6 months of hire
- Primary shift: Monday–Friday, 11:30 a.m. – 8:00 p.m.
- Training period (first ~60 days): Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
- Training location: On-site at corporate headquarters (435 & Nall, Overland Park, KS)
- Hybrid work arrangement with some work-from-home flexibility
- This is a full-time position based in Overland Park, Kansas
