Job Summary
Pharmacy Technician- Call Center role focused on entry-level medication delivery and inventory management within a hospital/pharmacy setting. Responsibilities include providing patient/provider/customer care, using the pharmacy computer system to facilitate patient care, labeling/distributing medications, performing inventory management and maintaining pharmacy records, and participating in onboarding/training of new pharmacy personnel. Work is performed in a clinical environment with a 40-hour work week, days shift, primarily from home in Pennsylvania or on-site at the PA location. Required qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent and certification as a Pharmacy Technician (PTCB or NHA) within 2 years. Emphasized competencies include computer literacy, understanding of healthcare regulatory environment, accuracy in pharmaceutical terminology, teamwork, safety, and regulatory compliance. Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED)
- Certified Pharmacy Technician within 2 years - PTCB or NHA
