Job Summary
Conduct order fulfillment in a closed-door pharmacy setting by packaging and dispensing medication, reviewing delivery orders for accuracy, and coordinating stock rotations. Rotate through assigned workstations including Packaging, Staging, Returns, Receiving, Narcotics, IV, Ekit, Compounding, and Omnicell Cycle Fill. Receive product deliveries, stage inventory for distribution, and perform physical inventories of medication. Ensure all medication needs and regulatory standards are met for patients in skilled nursing and chronic care settings.
Required Qualifications
- Certification/licensed/registered pharmacy technician or as required by state law
- One (1) or more years of experience as a pharmacy technician or equivalent experience
- Verifiable High School Diploma or GED
Desired Qualifications
- Prior experience in the long-term care industry
- Prior experience in a pharmacy, retail, medical, or customer service setting
- PTCB National Certification
- Five (5) or more years of experience as a pharmacy technician or equivalent experience
