Job Summary
Pharmacy Technician Associate Representative at Accredo Specialty Pharmacy — process and ship medications, handle prescription requests, select and retrieve medications, verify quantities, prepare accurate labels, and send orders for completion in a fast-paced pharmacy production setting. Responsibilities include preparing packages for shipment, cleaning equipment and workstations, and learning internal systems and processes. Requires a High School diploma or GED and an Indiana pharmacy technician license, basic math and computer skills, strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work a flexible schedule. Physical tasks include lifting up to 50 lbs occasionally and 20 lbs frequently; onsite, Monday–Friday, with potential shift differential.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
- Pharmacy technician license in the state of Indiana
- Basic math and computer skills (i.e. Microsoft Office)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and quality
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule to accommodate peak volume times
