Required Qualifications
- Registered Pharmacy Technician license
- Proficiency in data entry and strong computer skills
- Knowledge of pharmacy operations, prescription processes, and customer service
- Experience working in a call center or retail pharmacy environment
- Ability to manage dosing and dosage inquiries
- Strong communication and customer service skills
Desired Qualifications
- 1-2 years of pharmacy work experience preferred
- Spanish language proficiency is an advantage
- Experience with non-commercial pharmacy settings
- Strong time management and organizational skills
