Job Summary
Lead day-to-day pharmacy operations by managing staffing, overseeing dispensing and restocking, and supervising pharmacy automation functions. Provide training on specific procedures, risks, and safety protocols for handling hazardous drugs while ensuring compliance with federal and state laws. Apply critical thinking, conflict management, and change leadership skills to prioritize tasks and communicate effectively with team members. Work a varied 40-hour day shift with potential occupational exposure to hazardous substances.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- 1-2 Years Related Experience
- Registered with the Missouri State Board of Pharmacy as a pharmacy technician or application is in process and full registration obtained within 30 days of hire
- Certified Pharmacy Technician obtained within 9 months of hire
