Job Summary
Assist customers face-to-face and via phone while performing computer order entry, billing issue resolution, packaging, compounding, labeling, cashiering, delivering, and inventory management. Work autonomously on your feet most of the shift under direct supervision of a pharmacist to ensure medication accuracy per state and federal regulations. Handle accounting, record maintenance, and staff training as needed. This customer-focused role involves repetitive tasks requiring detail orientation at the Saint Luke's EAST Hospital location.
