Pharmacy Tech (Non Certified)

Provide and promote efficient, courteous service to customers by answering telephone inquiries and assisting with over-the-counter product selection. Receive written prescriptions or refill requests, gather necessary information, record data, and enter details into the computer system. Store prescription forms, stock over-the-counter products and department supplies, and place completed prescriptions in the pick-up area. Assist in preparing insurance claims and verifying payments while operating the cash register. Maintain a clean department and work area. Additional duties may be assigned as needed.
