Job Summary
Assist pharmacist in total prescription filling process including data entry, inventory monitoring, counting, labeling, ordering, stocking, and selling of prescribed and OTC products. Handle OTC merchandising and support healthcare providers and patients in person and by phone by answering questions and referring to the pharmacist when appropriate. Comply with state and federal drug laws, KHN policies, and procedures. Requires nationally certified pharmacy technician with two years of retail pharmacy experience. Full-time days schedule at Kettering Health Miamisburg.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Nationally Certified Pharmacy Technician
- 2 years retail pharmacy technician experience
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
