Job Summary
Pharmacy Technician provides pharmacy services under the direct supervision of a licensed pharmacist, including preparing and distributing pharmaceuticals, inventory control, compliance audits, customer service, and maintaining pharmacy records. Strong verbal and written communication, organizational, time management, and analytical skills are required to support efficient patient care and a compliant workflow within Orlando Rehabilitation Hospital.
Required Qualifications
- Current Pharmacy Technician certification from the state board of pharmacy or intern license from the state board
- One year previous experience as a Pharmacy Technician or student in accredited college of pharmacy
