Job Summary
Assists pharmacists in medication preparation and labeling activities under the supervision of a registered pharmacist. Performs a broad range of technical support functions within Pharmacy Administration, supporting inpatient and outpatient operations, Medication Management, and related programs. Requires effective communication, strong clerical and computer skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Eligible candidates include those with a current Oregon Pharmacy Technician License or enrollment as a PharmD student with an Oregon Intern license; a Medical Pharmacy Technician course is preferred. All offers are contingent upon passing a pre-employment drug screen.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Current unencumbered Certified Oregon Pharmacy Technician License
- Currently enrolled first year PharmD student in good standing with an accredited pharmacy school and current unencumbered Oregon Board of Pharmacy Intern license
